Effective Capacity of Retransmission Schemes: A Recurrence Relation Approach

Abstract: Abstract-We consider the effective capacity performance measure of persistent-and truncated-retransmission schemes that can involve any combination of multiple transmissions per packet, multiple communication modes, or multiple packet communication.
