This paper describes a method for determining the number of measurements, which allows you to increase the accuracy of measurements, as well as reduce the number of measurements in cases where the variance is small. In the same cases, when the share of random error is significant, additional measurements allow you to avoid an erroneous result, which can lead to a defective product.
