Effective derivation of ventricular cardiomyocytes from hPSCs using ascorbic acid-containing maturation medium

Abstract: Cardiomyocytes derived from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) can be used in various applications including disease modeling, drug safety screening, and novel cell-based cardiac therapies.
