Abstract:Crohn's disease is an irreversible inflammatory disease, mainly affecting the gastrointestinal tract. The aim of present study was to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin D and omega 3 supplementation on rats with induced Crohn’s disease. Twenty – four adult male albino rats weighing (160 gm) were divided into 4 groups. The 1st group (n=6) was fed on the basal diet.
