Effective Steel Fiber Type Investigation on Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced Concrete Beams

Abstract: Anahtar kelimelerUltra yüksek performanslı lifli beton; Çelik lif; Betonarme kiriş; Eğilme davranışı. ÖzetÇalışmada, ultra yüksek performanslı lifli beton içeren betonarme kirişlerde eğilme davranışı bakımından etkin çelik lif tipinin deneysel olarak incelemesi yapılmıştır. Bunun için biri lifsiz, diğer dördü farklı çelik lif tipi içeren beş adet 100x150x1500 mm boyutlarında kiriş üzerinde eğilme testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada 120 MPa üzeri basınç dayanımına sahip, hacimce %1.5 oranında çelik lif içe… Show more

“…Due to its high flexural and shear capacity, stiffness, and cracking control, the UHPFRC is particularly attractive for beams (Turker et al, 2016). The addition of steel fibers to reinforced concrete beam increases its shear strength through post-cracking tensile strength.…”

“…Thus, the UHPFRC's superior mechanical properties allow more economic and long-life structures in comparison to the traditional normal or high strength concrete usages [7,13]. The abovementioned advantages of the UHPFRC become much more evident in design applications of reinforced concrete beams [7,13,14].…”
