“…17 Rasch-transformed scores on the FACE-Q Satisfaction with Lower Face and Jawline increased from 21.5 (18.9) baseline to 75.2 (22.3) at week 12, indicating that patients were satisfied with how their jawlines appeared postfiller treatment. 17 More recently, Juvederm Volux XC became the first FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler injectable. 18 In this pivotal clinical randomized controlled trial, Juvederm improved jawline definition by 69.9% (102/146 patients) at 6 months, with 81.5% (119/146) of participants reporting satisfaction with their sculpted jawline appearance compared to 12.2% at baseline.…”

“…A randomized, controlled, evaluator-blinded trial was conducted with 180 patients aged 26 to 65 years of age who presented with moderate to severe loss of jawline fullness and an interest in improved jawline contour and volume. 17 Median injection volume for each side of the jawline was 1.80 mL. 17 The treatment group responder rate at week 12 was 75.6% (93/123), while the response rate in the control/delayedtreatment group was 8.8% (5/57) (p < 0.0001).…”
