Abstract: Objectives Subclinical psychotic, depression, and anxiety symptoms form a transdiagnostic ‘at‐risk state’ for the development of mental disorders. Emotion regulation has been identified as a transdiagnostic factor relevant to the formation of these symptoms that can be successfully addressed in clinical interventions.
