Effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on health‐related quality of life: An evaluation of therapies provided by trainee therapists

Abstract: The present study was carried out to examine the treatment effect of cognitive behavioral therapy provided by trainee therapists at a university clinic, focusing on health-related quality of life (HRQOL) optimism and symptoms. “…The data analysis of our study demonstrated that the intervention has been effective in improving the general psychological health of the participants. Although few studies have evaluated the effectiveness of CBT-I and CBGT-I in general psychological health, there are many studies that show CBT and CBGT are effective in improving general psychological health (Henriksson et al, 2016;Sohn et al, 2018).
