Effectiveness of Defibrotide in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract: Defibrotide (D) is an extractive polydesoxyribonucleotide. In preclinical studies the product was shown to be active as a pro -fibrinolytic, antithrombotic and thrombolytic agent while comply tely devoid of anticoagulant activity.
