Introduction: Hypertension and gastritis are prevalent health issues among adults, and effective community nursing care is essential for managing these conditions. Health education interventions can potentially improve knowledge, motivation, and adherence, promoting primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention measures. Purpose: This study aimed to implement community nursing care in the aggregate of adults with hypertension and gastritis problems through health education interventions. Research Method: A "one group pre-test and post-test design" was employed for this study. The intervention technique used was health education, focusing on health promotion. The outcomes measured included primary prevention, which was the level of knowledge; secondary prevention, which was motivation; and tertiary prevention, which was the level of adherence. Results: Before the health education intervention, 80% (8 respondents) of the community members had good knowledge about hypertension and gastritis, while 30% (3 respondents) had poor knowledge. Following the health education intervention that covered topics related to hypertension (Cucumber Juice) and gastritis (Honey ginger brew), the level of knowledge increased to 100%, with all respondents showing a good perception.
