Effectiveness of full-thickness corneal compressive suture in acute hydrops: Two cases

Abstract: Aim:The aim of this study was to demonstrate the effectiveness of compressive sutures for rapid resolution ofacute hydrops in keratoconus cases. Case reports:Two young adult patients having keratoconus presented with sudden painful marked dimness ofvision associated with watering and photophobia in their left eyes for about 2 weeks.
