Abstract:Dental and oral health problems in Indonesia are still high, in this case dental caries and periodontal tissue disease. This disease occurs because of plaque that sticks to the surface of the teeth. The contents of plaque consist of microorganisms in the form of biofilm. This biofilm can affect the structure of the oral cavity. Controlling plaque accumulation can be done by gargling with boiled water.
