Effectiveness of Non-Financial Motivational Scheme on Construction Workers Output in Nigeria

Abstract: In Nigeria's labour intensive construction industry, ways of motivating workers to ensure high productivity and enhanced job performance are regarded as important factors for long-term survival of firms.
