Effectiveness of real-time PCR for diagnosis and prognosis of varicella-zoster virus keratitis

Abstract: Higher VZV DNA copy numbers are associated with the refractoriness of VZV keratitis, and its evaluation may be a useful way to clinically diagnose and manage VZV keratitis.
