Effectiveness of spiritual care training to enhance spiritual health and spiritual care competency among oncology nurses

Abstract: Background: Although spiritual care is a basic element of holistic nursing, nurses' spiritual care knowledge and abilities are often unable to satisfy patients' spiritual care needs.
