Effectiveness of the use of probiotics in the diet of broiler chickens

Abstract: <b>The aim of the experiment was to research the productivity, slaughter qualities and broiler chicken meat quality using a probiotic feed supplement. The research objectives were solved experimentally using zootechnical and statistical research methods. It was found that the probiotics application in the feeding of broiler chickens increased live weight by 11.9%, the average daily gain was higher by 12.1%, absolute by 12.2% and reduced feed consumption per 1 kg increase by 8.9% compared with control.
