Abstract: The impact of including the near wake model in the aeroelastic models of an SWT-DD-120 wind turbine equipped with an active trailing edge flap system (ATEF) is studied. The ATEF installed on this turbine was tested in full scale in a series of campaigns between 2018 and 2022.
