Effects of a “silent mentor” initiation ceremony and dissection on medical students’ humanity and learning

Abstract: ObjectivesMany medical schools in Taiwan have adopted a dignified “silent mentor” initiation ceremony to strengthen student’s medical humanity and increase their learning attitudes.
