Effects of acellular dermal matrix on the prevention of complications and aesthetic outcome after parotidectomy

Abstract: Objective: The present study was designed to investigate whether acellular dermal matrix (ADM) graft could prevent Frey's syndrome (FS) and improve aesthetic score following parotidectomy.
