Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Children and Young Peoples’ Body Composition

Abstract: This study aimed to collect relevant data from current studies on the effects of aerobic exercise on Children and Young Peoples’ body composition. The following databases were reviewed: Google Scholar, Mendeley, SCIndeks, and KOBSON.
