“…The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) individuals aged ≥ 65 years, (2) those who can walk independently or with assistive devices, (3) those with a lower limb muscle strength of ≥ level III and sitting and standing balance of ≥ level II [ 10 ], (4) those who underwent routine assessment of the lumbar spine and femoral neck BMD (T-score < − 2.5 SD), and (5) those who have normal cognitive ability and can understand and cooperate with the training.
