“…Bone repair is a complex process, which involves the recruitment, proliferation, and differentiation of BMSCs as well as the subsequent osteogenic mineralization of osteoblasts. The transformation of osteoblasts into fully mature cells also goes through three stages, including cell proliferation, matrix maturation, and matrix mineralization. Since a specific bioactive element may only affect one or several stages in the whole bone repair process, it is of great significance to explore the effective stage and the promotive mechanism of different bioactive elements for research and application of multiple bioactive elements in synergistically improving the bone regeneration.…”
