Effects of hamstring self-stretches on pelvic mobility in persons with low back pain

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of pelvic displacement when self-hamstring muscle stretches were applied to persons with low back pain. Design: Three-group pretest-posttest design. Methods: Forty persons with low back pain participated in this study.
