Abstract: Aim To explore the effects of high frequency-repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (hf-rTMS) on pattern visual evoked potential (PVEP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) expression in visual cortex of rats with amblyopia and to preliminarily discuss the underlying mechanism of action.
