Effects of indium composition on the surface morphological and optical properties of InGaN/GaN heterostructures

Abstract: Purpose This study aims to investigate the effects of indium composition on surface morphology and optical properties of indium gallium nitride on gallium nitride (InGaN/GaN) heterostructures.
