Abstract: In vitro maturation (IVM) is an alternative assisted reproductive technology (ART) with reduced hormone related side-effects and treatment burden compared to conventional IVF. Capacitation (CAPA)-IVM is a biphasic IVM system with improved clinical outcomes compared to standard monophasic IVM.
