Abstract:Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative condition marked by memory loss and dementia, caused by changes in the cortical milieu, such as neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and accumulation of beta-amyloid (Aβ) in the brain.
