Effects of Leaders’ Positive/Negative Emotional Expression on Subordinates’ Voice Behavior: Mediation Effect of Subordinates’ Liking to Superiors

Abstract: Employees' voice could benefi t organizational development and progress; however, emotional mechanism to induce such a behavior still requires further research.
