Effects of luteolin-rich chrysanthemum flower extract on purine base absorption and blood uric acid in Japanese subjects

Abstract: Background and objective: Chrysanthemum flowers are consumed as fresh condiments, herbal teas, and processed foods in Japan and Taiwan.
