Effects of Mindfulness Meditation on Chronic Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract: A standardized mindfulness program (MBSR) contributes positively to pain management and can exert clinically relevant effects on several important dimensions in patients with long-lasting chronic pain.
