Abstract: Objective: To investigate optimal cutoff scores and the effects of normative adjustments on the performance of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) as a screening instrument for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease (AD-dementia).
