Abstract: Perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS), an emerging environmental pollutant, is reported to cause neurotoxicity in animals and humans, but its underlying mechanisms are still unclear. We used in vivo models to investigate the effects of PFOS on cognition-related behaviors and related mechanisms.
