Effects of platelet rich plasma on the gastric serosal surface neomucosa formation: an experimental rodent model

Abstract: Background Autologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) is the platelet concentration obtained from thrombocytes in the plasma. During the healing process, the platelets are activated and then release the granules which stimulate the inflammatory cascade and healing process.
