Abstract:Antioxidants and antinutrient contents of leafy vegetables may be influenced by post-harvest processing. The present study was carried out to assess the effect of pretreatments (P) and drying temperatures (T) on antioxidants and antinutrients of Justicia insularis and Jatropha tanjorensis leaves.
