Effects of Prior High-Strength Effort on Technical-Tactical Performance in University Basketball Players

Abstract: O objetivo foi comparar o desempenho técnico-tático após esforço de alta intensidade em jogadores de basquetebol universitário. Dez atletas do sexo masculino, em dois dias distintos, realizaram aquecimento seguido ou não de um exercício de alta intensidade. Logo após, realizaram jogo simulado com duração de 10 min: Jogo Estímulo Prévio Leve (JLEV) x Jogo Estímulo Prévio Vigoroso (JVIG). A percepção de esforço (RPE) foi registrada.
