Abstract:Vanadium oxide (VOx) thin films were prepared on unheated glass substrate by pulsed dc reactive magnetron sputtering using different pulse frequency. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) measurements were made on the deposited VOx films to characterize the microstructure, composition and optical properties, respectively. It was found that under the same discharge power and argon-oxygen atmosphere, with the increase of pu… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
