Effects of repeated developmental GLP-1R agonist exposure on adult behavior and hippocampal structure in mice

Abstract: Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonists are common type 2 diabetes medications that have been repurposed for adult chronic weight management. Clinical trials suggest this class may also be beneficial for obesity in pediatric populations.
