Effects of Repeated Stretching on Muscle Size and the Strength of Human Skeletal Muscle

Abstract: The muscle enlargement and strengthening effects of repeated stretching of skeletal muscle of human subjects were investigated. [Subjects] The subjects were 20 healthy males.
