Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of S-Amlodipine in patients suffering from hypertension.
Materials and Methods: A multicenter, prospective, open-label, non-comparative, clinical trial was conducted on 364 patients with hypertension in Mongolia. All these patients were treated with S- Amlodipine 2.5 mg or 5 mg orally once daily for a duration of 8 weeks.
