Abstract: Acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) is associated with significant poor survival. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) therapy has been a promising treatment for COPD; therefore, it has the potential to be an additional therapy for AECOPD.
