Effects of Seed Preparation, Sowing Media, Seed Sowing Rate and Harvesting Period on the Production of Chia Microgreens

Abstract: Chia (Salvia hispanica L.), a species of seeds with high essential fatty acids and nutraceutical content has encouraged increased crop production worldwide.
