“…From an anatomical point of view, since epicardial arteries are normal in patients with CSF and they do not pose any resistance to blood flow (conductive vessels), the cause of slow blood flow is mainly related to the “small vessels” (resistance vessels) of <400 μm, which are the most important parts regulating myocardial blood flow ( Wang and Nie, 2011 ). Wang et al found that SXBXP significantly increased coronary flow reserve and decreased microcirculatory resistance, and these indicators directly reflected the function of coronary microcirculation, which is closely related to coronary blood flow velocity ( Wang et al, 2021 ).
