Abstract:The effects of sintering conditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the sintered SiC prepared using the SiC powder recovered from the kerf loss sludge were investigated. The recovered SiC powders were consolidated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) and conventional sintering methods.
