“…Furthermore, although the physical and mental health of the elderly is easily affected by diseases, if the elderly can be provided a safe and comfortable environment, they can engage in leisure and tourism activities [20][21][22] so that they can calm their minds and relax their minds and bodies [15,[20][21][22][23][24]. This will help maintain physical and mental health, reduce the risk of infection and life pressure, and reduce physical and mental harm [16][17][18][19]. “…The literature suggests that improvement is facilitated by using imagery training for more than 2 weeks, at least twice per week. With the adequate and reasonable design of pre-test, intervention, and post-test processes [68][69][70], a rigorous research structure, and diversified research methods [64][65][66][67][71][72][73], sufficient analytical evidence can be obtained even if the final data is based on 9-12 respondents [74][75][76]. An even more accurate answer can be obtained if we can further apply qualitative research methods, collect the opinions of experts, scholars, and participants, categorize and summarize the data in a stringent manner, and compare the contents using multivariate verification analysis [77][78][79][80][81].…”
