Abstract:This study aimed to examine the effects of 8-week step aerobic exercises on the rhythm skills and static balance of young individuals. 53 university students participated in the research voluntarily. Participants practiced step aerobic exercises with a licensed trainer for 8 weeks. The participants' static balance and rhythm skills were observed before and after the study.
