Effects Of Strength And Conditioning Training On Speed And Agility Of Tennis Beginners Aged 7-8

Abstract: METHODS:Twelve college-aged males and females completed maximal strength test (1-RM arm curl) and time to exhaustion static exercise test with the elbow at 90 degrees at moderateintensity (60%1RM) in both non-dominant and dominant arms before and after 4 weeks (3-4 times per week) of intervention.
