Abstract:Background
This study aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of a team-based mixed reality simulation program about emergencies.
Method
A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was utilized. We recruited 32 nurses for the experimental group and 32 for the control group, resulting in a total of 61 nurses ultimately included as subjects for analysis.
