Effects of Temperature on Deep Drawing of an Aluminum Alloy for Different Yield Criteria and Hardening Models

Abstract: In this study, the influences of temperature variation in deep drawing process are investigatedby changing the temperatures of the whole blank, a part of the blank, the punch and die fordifferent yield criteria and hardening models. Von-Mises criterion with isotropic, kinematic and combinedhardening and, Hill48 and Yld2003 yield criteria with isotropic hardening are considered toform the constitutive relations.
