Abstract:Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is an autoimmune disease in which neuromuscular transmission is blocked and neuromuscular junction physiology is affected. The main feature in MG is altered muscle weakness and fatigue of muscle groups that worsens with exercise and improves with rest.
