Effects of Trichoderma Harzianum and Trichoderma Asperellum Against Egg of Meloidogyne Incognita under Laboratory Condition

Abstract

In vitro experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of two Iraqi isolates of Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma asperellum against Meloidogyne incognita. It was noted T. harzianum and T. asperellum had a clear effect on on egg hatching inhibition of root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne incognita. the percentage of egg hatching inhibition after the seventh day, reaching to 86.50% and 83.75% respectively, There were no significant differences between them compared to the control.
